Hi, I'm Haleigh.

I'm an integrative, trauma-informed therapist with a special interest in working with people who experience anxiety in their relationships. That can be with partners, friends, family and work colleagues too.

I work in-person in Kent and online worldwide.

You might see yourself in some of this:

 

  • You're noticing that you put other people's needs before your own, even when you don't want to.

  • Maybe you're finding yourself seeking reassurance more than feels comfortable.

  • You often feel anxious and overwhelmed.

  • Relationships can feel like you're walking on eggshells, waiting to be told that you're wrong or you've upset someone. 

  • You find it hard to trust people, and worry that they are going to leave you.

  • Perhaps you recognise you have an anxious attachment style and see the patterns in yourself, and understanding them hasn't changed how you show up in your relationships.
